Results From Rugby 7s Tourney: Congrats to our rugby teams for the following results in last week’s Rugby 7s tournament in Abbotsford

  • Gr. 7 girls 1st – Paw Say Hay (MVP)
  • Gr. 7 boys 1st
  • Gr. 8 boys 2nd

Welcome SEA Practicum Students: We are excited to have 6 Kwantlen students joining us for the next 4 weeks on their SEA practicums. I know you will help them feel welcome and support them in any way you can. Their names are Jackie Salas Bermeo, Jennifer Gallawan, Carly Dodgshon, Kristen Brown, Melody Brown, Noela Blayney

Wrestling Club: We are excited to have Chris Rinke and Senior Wrestling students from LSS coming to HD Stafford Middle School on Wednesdays after school from 3:00 – 4:30 to run a Wrestling Club You can access more information here First meeting is this week.

Summer Session Registration Opens April 5th: Langley School District is proud to once again be offering a comprehensive summer session offering. You can find all the Middle Years opportunities by clicking here as well as all the Secondary School offerings by clicking here. HD Stafford will be hosting a 6 week program connected to 212 for grade 6 – 8. We will also be offering a 2 week program for our incoming grade 5s to help transition them to our school. Red Cross Babysitting Course: So you want to be a babysitter? Or, your parents want you to take this course so they feel confident leaving you at home alone? Babysitting with First Aid Hero emphasizes learning through real life scenarios. information covered includes: Exploring the business of babysitting, creating safe environments, safely caring for ages 0-12, and first aid skills. HD Stafford, May 6 2016, 8:30am-3:30pm Grade 6  $60 + GST online registration
